Our network includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, 4 clinic locations, 2 Home Health and Hospice locations, a 20+ provider group and 25+ Family Medicine and Specialty care services. UHD Fairmont Clinic is conveniently located in downtown Fairmont with hours Monday through Friday. Services offered here include Family Medicine, Home Health & Hospice, Lab, Mental Health, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Radiology and Urology.
